We’re a tech startup that also operates as a law firm, based in Calgary

Founded by a lawyer turned entrepreneur, CorpDiem was built to be the better way to incorporate.

Current incorporation options can be costly; they often require a visit to a law firm during business hours or using an online unlicensed incorporation platform with escalating subscriptions costs and additional fees for necessary documents.

So, we built the incorporation tool we wished we had as entrepreneurs.

Member of the Law Societies of Alberta, Ontario and Nova Scotia

JP provides corporate and tax law services to Canadian and foreign clients, with a focus on corporate and commercial transactions with tax complexities—including business reorganizations and sales of private businesses.

Before founding Do It Digital Law LLP (o/a CorpDiem), JP was a partner with a large national law firm and an international professional services firm.
